We will create 15 minute yoga routines for you to integrate into your lifestyle. Just make that time for yourself once a day, or once a week, and before you know it your yoga journey will be well under way.

Take 15 minutes to site or ly quitely. You can take any comfortable cross-legged position, or ly flat in Corpse pose. This is simple, keep it simple. Just allow things to be and observe. Don't try to change anything until you first observe how you are now. |
