Need help starting a yoga practise, or creating the healthy habit of making time to revitalise and recharge? Maintaining a regular yoga practise can seem like an impossible challenge, Seated posture especially with todays hectic lifestyles, but it is achievable and you can start with just 15 minutes.

We will create 15 minute yoga routines for you to integrate into your lifestyle. Just make that time for yourself once a day, or once a week, and before you know it your yoga journey will be well under way.

Lotus Position Take 15 minutes to site or ly quitely. You can take any comfortable cross-legged position, or ly flat in Corpse pose. This is simple, keep it simple. Just allow things to be and observe. Don't try to change anything until you first observe how you are now.

Try another healthy habit: Drink a cup of green tea every day. Result: 30 cups over one month. 365 cups over one year.

Remember: a Healthy Habit is good Karma (action) directed towards yourself or another, so if you don’t want to drink a cup of green tea every day, make a cup for someone who does. You will benefit either way.
